EdelSlim understands that processing and delivering orders quickly and efficiently is very important. When you order through EdelSlim, you can expect it from 7 to 10 workdays from the date your purchase is processed, within the 48 mainland states of the United States, and in 10 workdays in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Standard handling and shipment

Within the 48 mainland United States: We will ship your order via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail.

In Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

We will ship your order via USPS Mail at the same cost as within the Mainland United States.


Every shipment is identified with a verified tracking number that you can use to track the package and confirm its delivery. In special cases, some orders require the signature of the recipient as a confirmation at the time of the delivery. It is possible for orders made after 12:00pm (East Time) are not processed for shipment until the next workday. The orders received during weekends will not be processed until the following Monday, except for national holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. It is possible that USPS (general delivery) delivers your package on Saturdays. None of the two delivery companies delivers on national holidays.

Shipment is only available in Mainland United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently, we do not ship orders to other United States territories, nor internationally.

PO Boxes

If you order is to be shipped to a PO Box, it will be sent via USPS (general delivery).
Order Status and Tracking
Every shipment sent by EdelSlim will be provided with a verified tracking number that can be used to track the package online and confirm its delivery. In special cases, some orders require the signature of the recipient as a confirmation at the time of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

When an order is shipped, it will be sent to the address provided by the customer, if it complies with all the shipping restrictions stipulated on this website. Every shipment made through this website are made according to a shipment contract. This contract establishes that upon shipping (via UPS or USPS), the risk of accidental loss of the goods bought through this website shall pass to the customer. You are responsible for presenting a claim to the correspondent shipment company, in the case of accidental loss or damage in transit.

Returns Policy

We at EdelSlim are confident you will be satisfied with our products. If for some reason you need to return any of our EdelSlim! Diet Plan products within 30 days after receiving your order, we will refund your money (with a $4.99 charge). Handling and shipment costs are not refundable.
For your refund to be successful, the return shipment should be marked with the official UPS stamp within 30 effective days. Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking information until your return and refund are successfully processed. You must return all the products that you did not use, including any printed material. If you do not return your shaker or printed guide, the regular price of those products will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed and your account will be credited within 30 days that EdelSlim received your product and any relevant documentation to the address provided here below.
Auto-Delivery Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return any of the Edelslim Diet Plan products, within 30 days after receiving your order, we will reimburse your money (with a $4.99 reinstatement fee), provided the return complies with the following conditions:

    • Your return package must be marked with the official mail or UPS stamp within 30 effective days. Please, keep your delivery receipt and tracking information until your return and refund are successfully process.

 

    • You must return all the products you did not use, including any printed material. If you do not return your shaker or printed guide, the regular price of those products will be deducted from your refund

 

    • If your refund request is placed before your second month or consecutive shipment, the original cost of the first shipment will be deducted from your total refund.

 

  • The return of products and refund request will represent an automatic suspension of all the Auto-Delivery privileges, and all the policies, terms and conditions of suspension will apply.

Ship your return to the indicated address and include the order form. If you do not have your order form, please indicate your order number in a separate piece of paper and include it in your return package. Please, ship your return to the following address:

Returns Exceptions

Handling and shipping costs are not refundable unless there is a shipment problem due to a mistake on our part. For the refund, we will apply the original payment method you used to buy your package. All applicable charges will be reflected in your account within 4 weeks after your return placement. Please, contact your bank for further information. Edelslim Diet Plan is not responsible for any additional charge applied to your credit card or bank. Refunds
